At Wagyu Yakiniku Jun’s branches in Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay, guests can observe the chef’s knife skills up close, while each table has one opportunity to guess the weight of a special “Golden Cut” of A5 Wagyu. The table that guesses the exact or closest weight will receive the entire portion of beef. Space Fantasy This weekend marks the debut of Space Fantasy, an original musical by the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong, written by Leanne Nicholls, with music by Luna Pan and Miles Brown. It creates an otherworldly sound, and it has frequently been heard on soundtracks for science fiction films. To participate, you can select a spot in advance through Swop’s official website, and bring up to 10 clothing items to swap out at your assigned time.
