1. CHOP CHOP
This is on my must-go list every weekend. Helmed by a French chef, the take-away pastry shop specialises in simple yet expertly executed French pastries. The chef insists on serving freshly-baked éclairs every morning and they are always sold out by the afternoon. With 10 different flavours to choose from, walnut caramel is one of my favourites. The puff is filled with smooth milk chocolate cream and topped with caramel chocolate cream, chocolate crunchy and crispy walnuts. You can try multiple flavours and textures in one.

2. KAFKA
Located on a quiet alley in Taipa, I enjoy my leisure time with friends here, away from the bustle and hustle of the city. My favourite is “Ballet” - which features Taiwan pineapple, mandarin orange, French cream cheese and passion fruit marshmallow on top.
