Developers get a chance to bid on the two residential sites allocated for the government's "Hong Kong Property for Hong Kong People" scheme. Bids are expected to come in at some 30 per cent lower than for comparable lots as the flats built on the sites at the former Kai Tak airport will have to be sold to Hong Kong residents.
