Opinion | New video app for the iPhone

Picle, created by a British company called MadebyMany, is being described as the Instagram of video. Readers will remember that Instagram was the smartphone photography app that Google bought for $US 1 billion earlier this year. With Picle, you take a photo and either simultaneously or later record up to 10 seconds of audio to accompany it. The app links still photos with the audio.
