Yew-Poh Mak is EY's Asia-Pacific deputy area managing partner. He has over 30 years of management consulting and corporate management experience. He was the EY Asia-Pacific strategy and transactions leader prior to this role, where he worked with clients to drive capital allocation and strategy execution, focusing on large-scale and complex cross-border transactions. Currently based in Singapore, he spent 20 years of his career in China, where he has worked extensively with multinationals, private equity firms and large Asian conglomerates. He received an MS degree in aeronautics and astronautics engineering from MIT.
