William Blair
Sir William Blair is professor of banking law and ethics at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London and formerly presiding judge of the Commercial Court of the UK’s High Court. He is considered a leading international expert in the law of banking and finance. In 2018, he was appointed to the International Commercial Expert Committee of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. He has sat as a judge in Hong Kong and Qatar.
