Talal Rafi

Talal Rafi is an economist based in Sri Lanka. He is a regular columnist for the International Monetary Fund on public finance management and a member of the Expert Network of the World Economic Forum. He was a consultant to the Asian Development Bank and is currently a visiting lecturer at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. He was a director at Ernst & Young Sri Lanka, where he headed its economic development unit and was a member of EY's Global Macroeconomics Team. He was also a member of the Deloitte Global Economist Network.
