Nixie Lam

Nixie Lam is a Legislative Council member representing the Election Committee Constituency, vice-chair of the Public Service Panel in Legco, and a board member of the United Nations Association of China. With a longstanding focus on international affairs, Hong Kong’s population policy and public governance, she brings a multifaceted policy lens to her legislative work. Having lived and studied in Australia for eight years, she holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business from the University of Queensland, alongside a Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University. She was first elected to the Legislative Council in 2021, and has served two terms as a district councillor.
