Michael A. Santoro

Michael A. Santoro is professor of management and entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. He is the author of three books on China, most recently (with Robert Shanklin) A China Business Primer: Ethics, Culture, and Relationships. His current research focuses on artificial intelligence governance and enterprise-wide AI systems. In 2000, during the debate over permanent normal trade relations with China, he testified before the Senate Finance Committee in support of China’s entry into the WTO.
