Laetitia Tran Ngoc is a consultant specialising in government communications, with extensive experience in advising diplomatic institutions in their strategic relationship with the European Union. She previously worked as a research officer at the Embassy of Ethiopia in Brussels and at the Taipei Representative Office to the EU and Belgium. She is a graduate of the Free University of Brussels, where she received a master’s degree in International Relations and a master’s degree in Chinese Language and Culture. She studied Mandarin Chinese at Fudan University and Beijing University.
