Henry Ho Kin-chung is the founder and chairman of One Country Two Systems Youth Forum. He obtained a doctor of laws from Peking University, and two master degrees from London School of Economics and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has experience in local think-tanks as well as the HKSAR Government. He is a former political assistant to the secretary for development, full-time researcher and part-time member of the Central Policy Unit, and the assistant director of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute.
