Elyssa Kaur Ludher is a Visiting Fellow with the Climate Change for Southeast Asia Programme at the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore. She previously contributed to food policy research at the World Bank, Centre for Liveable Cities Singapore, and the Singapore Food Agency. Ludher served as the Singapore representative for Habitat III, as well as working in Cambodia between 2007 to 2011 focusing on rural development.
