With the LED lighting market expanding rapidly across the globe, this edition of the lighting fair's Hall of LED is set to be bigger and better than ever.
'A huge focus is continuously put on both LED lighting and green lighting in today's environmentally conscious world,' says Joel Tse, media relations executive for exhibitions at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. 'New developments in LED and other energy-saving devices are coming thick and fast, and it is important for buyers to keep abreast of the latest technologies and applications. The Hall of LED features all the major players in the lighting industry and covers every type of lighting, including indoor, outdoor and display panels.'
The fair will also keep participants updated with the latest industry information through a series of seminars and symposiums. The highlight event, 'Lighting - Enabling Technologies for LED Lighting', features industry leaders and scholars sharing their insights and discussing new developments in LED-related technologies.
Other experts will present seminars on energy-efficient lighting and the latest regulatory requirements.
The fair's expanded LED zone will be divided into four sub-zones: LED Outdoor Lighting, LED Indoor Lighting, LED Display Panel and LED Accessories, Parts and Components.
Buyers of LED products will find it more convenient than ever to reach the booths of companies whose offerings meet their needs.
