Mar 16, 5pm-midnight, various locations

Hong Kong has done well to position itself as the world's purchasing capital for many things - wine being the most recent example - and art is no exception. If it's a broad selection of art from around Asia and further afield that you're after, the city is the place to be. If you're looking to spend a lot of money, too, you're also definitely in the right town. ArtWalk is the largest and most idiosyncratic art festival a city could manage. Guests buy a ticket and are then allowed into all of the participating art galleries, in no particular order. And if there's any more convincing needed: the alcohol and nibbles are free.

A tipsy wander from Sheung Wan's newest upstarts right through town to Causeway Bay or, if brave, to Kowloon will allow the best view of what Hong Kong has to offer by way of quality art. With food provided by Hong Kong restaurants, too, the night promises to be an indulgence of the senses. Whether a few guests end up senseless is something to bank on.

HK$150 (students), HK$450. Inquiries: 9267 0915
