What's hot: Nachos are one of the best loved Mexican dishes, and Coyote's are some of the best in town. Piled high with cheese, black beans, jalapenos, olives, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream, the large dish is enough for up to four people to share - or two really greedy folk.
Another traditional snack, the quesadilla - a folded wheat or corn tortilla filled with melted cheese - is also divine. There is a choice of extra fillings to go with the cheese - the mushroom is top of the list, making the quesadilla lighter and less oily.
The hot wings may look normal, but they taste extraordinary. Don't confuse their dark colour with burnt skin - it's actually the result of native Mexican herbs. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender, and the honey sauce is a great complement.
