Scott Wilson offers a collaborative workplace  with the opportunity to work on major projects
Thanks to its global expansion plans, a top-tier engineering and professional services consultancy is recruiting chartered engineers.
Scott Wilson  has more than 900 staff in its Hong Kong and mainland offices. The company offers integrated professional services in the transport, building and infrastructure, environmental and natural resources sectors. Engineers from the civil, geotechnical, railways, maritime and structural engineering disciplines are needed.
Although it is recruiting engineers at all levels, applications from senior personnel are strongly welcomed.

Successful candidates will be engaged in different stages of projects, depending on their background and experience. Experienced professionals will lead small teams of engineers to provide and manage consultancy services to clients. They will also share responsibility for business development and marketing to help win more work from existing and new clients.
Although posts are based in Hong Kong, recruits will be expected to travel to Australia, the mainland, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and elsewhere.
The ideal candidate should be a chartered engineer with experience in the relevant discipline. Previous work on international projects and a successful track record of teamwork on high-profile projects is an advantage. 'We are looking for individuals who can lead and make quick decisions at the right time.'
Applicants should be flexible and creative, good team players and client focused. Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are also required.
