Serviced offices are being given a fresh lease of life with a concept that is design-led and user-friendly
Award-winning home2home aims to 'make work easy' with a flexible new 24-hour concept in Hong Kong offices, under the brand name Izi.
'Izi does for serviced workspaces what our first property, Ovolo, did for the serviced apartment industry - total reinvention,' says home2home founder and managing director, Girish Jhunjhnuwala.
Izi Central has just opened with 42 workspaces at 181Hollywood Road, in the heart of thriving NoHo, between SoHo and Central. A sister office complex, Izi Aberdeen, opens later this year.
The innovative new concept affords the flexibility to accommodate workspaces for one to 14 staff. Uniquely, the serviced offices are open around-the-clock.
'Not everyone wants to work a traditional eight-hour day,' he says. 'Some people have to work crazy hours - or even prefer it. If a tenant wants or needs to start after lunch and work late into the night, why not? At Izi, people don't have to be chained to their desks. They can come and go anytime they want.'
