Men aren't immune to the quest for the perfect complexion, according  to Ziz Skincare for Men manager  Joseph Fung.
'Stress can take its toll on  men's skin,' he says.
The rise of the metro-sexual  helped fuel the  boom in men's use of skincare products.
'A smart and clean appearance is just  as important to men  now as it is to women,' Fung says.
His clients  include fashion designers, actors,  newscasters,  athletes, architects, entrepreneurs and chief executives.
Fung says men's pores are larger than women's and produce 60 per cent more oil - reason enough to use a hydrating cream mask  every week.
But don't be tempted to share beauty products, he says. Men should use products that are made for their skin type.
When choosing a moisturiser, Fung advises an oil-free formula rich  in vitamin A and E with sun protection.
For men who play outdoor sports, a minimum protection  of SPF20 is essential.
