For autumn, Dunhill's custom collection offers more than 250 fabrics to choose from, including cashmere, flannel and crease-resistant Camdeboo mohair from South Africa. For shirts, choose from seven collars, four cuffs and optional hand-monogrammed initials. For suits, there are two basic shapes - the modern, slim-cut St James silhouette or the classic silhouette, which is a bit wider. Look out for St James' must-have style - a one-button, single-breasted jacket in flannel with matching flat-fronted trousers. New colours include lilac, pink and yellow pinstripes on a grey background. Orders take up to six weeks and prices for suits range from HK$14,500 to HK$40,000. Shirts start at HK$1,700.
