Johansson joins

Reebok Actress Scarlett Johansson has signed a multimillion-dollar deal to design clothes and footwear for Reebok. The 21-year-old,  who is a so-called spokesmodel for L'Oreal, will also model her Reebok designs.

Versus rising

Versace is reviving its Versus diffusion line as an accessories brand.   It will make its comeback at the end of the month, with the launch of a phone-MP3 player co-branded with Samsung.

Hurley joins Jordache

Elizabeth Hurley has signed a contract  with Jordache jeans to  appear in  a US advertising campaign, to be launched next month.

On the ball

Swedish retail giant H&M has signed Italian  soccer star Paolo Maldini to model for  its autumn men's advertising.  Maldini will wear lumberjack plaid jackets, Prince of Wales  shirts and herringbone trousers. The campaign and the clothes are due to  be released next month.

Ooh, Gisele-ous

Model Gisele Bundchen has reportedly refused to work with Victoria's Secret   as long as it  uses Bar Refaeli, the latest partner of her former boyfriend, actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

Rhodes back

Zandra Rhodes will show at London Fashion Week for the first time in 20 years. Rhodes, who was part of the new wave of British designers in the 1970s,  will show her collection  next month.

The 2,600 sqft store carries the complete range for men and women,  in rooms decorated with oakwood panels and textured Japanese wallpaper.
