A typical greasy hangover breakfast is the usual approach to a hangover. But you may want to rethink this.

If you're trying to face Monday morning with little or no sleep, don't rely on caffeine to see you through the day.

While a strong coffee may stimulate the circulation and provide a temporary energy boost, it's essential to catch up on lost sleep.

In the meantime, power on with non-caffeine herbs such as Korean ginseng, and avoid sugary and processed foods, which will only make you more tired, says Stelfox.
