One example is Magdalene Tsang Wing-man who led her team in Aberdeen with such conviction that she has earned this year's Supervisory Level Service & Courtesy Award.
Self-confidence, she feels, plays a major role in this accomplishment. Both Ms Tsang and James Leung, the company's executive director, embrace what Pricerite calls its 'Service with Heart' culture.
