Ms Ng, sales executive from the New Town Plaza branch, claims the key to success is treating every customer with genuine sincerity and sensitivity.
She remembers one incident when a lady accidentally deleted her photo memory card - including an image of a deceased relative - and burst into tears.
Ms Ng called a friend of hers who eventually retrieved the files. 'We became good friends,' she said.
