Spam paints a bleak picture

I'VE BEGUN to truly hate spam.

And I'm not talking about canned meat. I'm talking about those annoying e-mail advertisements everyone gets.

Have you ever wished that those people offering you lower mortgage rates or an easy university degree would just disappear?

Every day I go to my inbox looking for important messages related to school or work, but I'm forced to sift through heaps of junk mail first. Who would want to buy herbal remedies at a discount?

I don't think anyone would buy medicine through the internet from a supplier. Still, there must be such people. Otherwise, we wouldn't be bombarded with these promotional materials.

And they've been sneaking their way into our inbox.
