MY FRIENDS and I are almost looking forward to our exams this year.
We might not actually enjoy them, but this is a special year for us.
This is our final year in secondary school. Once we finish these tests, we're free. It's scary; we've been through almost 12 years of schooling!
And here we are, almost free because, no matter what your counsellor says, everyone looks forward to the day they're out of school. Most of us are thinking about what we're going to do once we have our freedom.
A majority, myself included, have applied to universities and it's just a matter of choosing the right one.
Some others are taking the Gap Year; they're going to sit around and have fun for 12 months before doing whatever they want to do with their lives.
