Hong Kong has the lowest number of pornographic webpages in Greater China, according to a survey of 100 countries.
Research firm Secure Computing counted 46 million pornographic pages in the nations studied, which excluded the United States.
Germany topped the charts with more than 10 million pages.
Hong Kong, ranked the lowest in Greater China with only 17,000 pages. China had 27,400 and Taiwan had 81,600. Some Asian countries, including Nepal, Vietnam and Bhutan, registered no pages.
The study examined pornographic webpages by country suffixes such as .hk for Hong Kong and .jp for Japan.
Secure Computing senior vice-president of product development Mike Gallagher said: 'Pages of commercial pornography, like spam, continue not only to grow at an alarming rate but to spread to new countries as they join the internet.
'These millions of pages of pornography may create serious liability and productivity problems for employers around the world.'
