THE FAMILY PLANNING Association of Hong Kong is now recruiting volunteers aged 18 to 30 for its e-counselling service, which offers e-mail advice on questions about sex and reproductive health.

The service aims to provide support and counselling for people who are unsure or confused about areas of sexual and reproductive health. Volunteers, who will provide the e-mail reply service from home, must attend regular group meetings and training sessions.
Before joining the volunteer team, participants need to take part in a four-session training workshop, during which issues of sexual and reproductive health, as well as counselling techniques, will be taught.
Ability to compose e-mails in Chinese is a must, and applications will close on July 15. More details are available at www.famplan.org.hk/iconsoft/zh/e-counselling.asp.
