Symptoms: fever, dry cough, breathing difficulties. Also associated with headache, muscular stiffness, loss of appetite, confusion, rashes and diarrhoea

How to protect yourself: build up immunity with a good diet, regular exercise and adequate rest, and avoid smoking. Wash hands after sneezing, coughing or blowing your nose. Avoid visiting crowded places with poor ventilation. Consult a doctor if you develop any symptoms
