Sincere purchase

SINCERE Co has agreed to purchase 81,000 square feet in the 650,000 sq ft Man Lok Godown Centre in Hunghom. The price has not been disclosed, but is believed to be about $100 million.

Sincere would occupy the entire 11th and 12th floors, with an option on the 10th floor, said a spokesman for agent Richard Ellis.

The 16-storey centre, developed by Evergo International Holdings, is between 60 and 70 per cent occupied.
