Bengang prices A share offer

Bengang Steel Plates said yesterday it had priced its 120 million A share offer at 5.4 yuan (about HK$4.96) per share. About 12 million would be issued to employees and would be listed six months after the flotation of the remainder, the company said. The offer would be made from November 3 to November 11.
