Overcrowded

THE main cause of the Lan Kwai Fong tragedy was that people were soaking each other with foam spray and champagne. The streets became slippery and people fell on top of each other.

There were too many people in one small area. We should limit the number of people we allow in bars and restaurants and should not let the streets become wet with foam spray, beer and champagne.
