NIEC announced gallium nitride (GaN) product lines on October 2

at CEATEC Japan. Incorporating next-generation technology by collaborating with a strategic partner, United States-based company Transphorm, the GaN product lines allow customers a much higher efficiency level in their power conversion, along with a smaller form factor, that could not be achieved by the existing silicon solution.
